#2) Jumping jacks do as numerous as you can for 30 seconds
#3) REPEAT #1 PUSH-UPS until tired

#6) Jumps Jump up and down as 45 seconds at 12-15 jumps for high for you can.
#7)REPEAT #1 PUSH-UPS UNTIL TIRED
#5) REPEAT #1 PUSH-UPS until tired
#10) JOG IN PLACE for 45 seconds
