In this time of tragic loss, sorrow and inflame, let us turn to the light deep within our hearts and let us take care no repeat the actions and emotions of those who have wounded us so terribly. Here are 4 intensely visual prayers that I wrote some years antecedent. I wish they bring solace to entire who read them.
I am in the luminous Mind of God which opens before me like endless fields of flowers rippling gently in a fragrant wind over rolling hills in waves of color glowing in a sparkling light that seems to get cracking everywhere. I see down at my body and see that I too am glowing with light. Everything becomes clearer and clearer and clearer and I experience all that is disordered in me agreeable clearer, also.
I am in the radiant heart of Being fragrant as a flowering tree
The Seed of the Spiral: I am in the loving heart of God broad for the morn sky
I am in the endless heart of the Universe who holds me like a slumbering child

I am in the loving heart of God wide as the morning sky full of golden light that fills the plenary horizon of my life. I walk deeper and deeper into that light and I become filled with a deep truce.
I am in the infinite heart of God which caresses me like a warm wind the hands of the wind are full of joyous electricity which fills me to overflowing

The loving light in the Mind of God namely shining in me and through me and filling me with sympathy as everybody, myself embodied! It namely slowly filling me up like a mysterious liquid light. As it fills me speed up entirely I start to laugh... it has approached my heart. My hands begin to flicker and immediately I feel as if the light namely filling up the space behind my eyes. When the light has fraught me up to the altitude of my head I feel it overflowing out of me into the space around me. I feel currents of endless forgiveness flowing through me filling me with colossal power. I am radiant now, shining like the Sun,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], radiating light of sympathy in each intention and full of stamina. Everything and everyone I may have alarmed alternatively detested, I tin immediately face. Everything and everyone I may have feared or hated, I can now look with the light of forgiveness. Everything and everyone I may have feared or hated, I tin now congratulate to be altered at namely Light.
I am in the endless heart of the Universe who holds me like a newborn child and rocks me apt sleep ashore the front porch of eternity. Every period I go to sleep I go to sleep deep within the endlessly loving, endlessly smart heart of God.
